THE ALBINO FRUIT PICKER

Boylan Root Beer

45ml white rum (havanna blanco)
15ml peach liqueur
20 ml lime juice
5-6 mint leaves
Stir all ingredients with crushed ice in a highball glass, top with MASH mango and blood orange.

COLD GRAPE

60ml citrus vodka (ketel one Citroen)
Tall glass, lots of ice garnished with big lemon slice

THE CENTRAL AMERICAN

Boylan Root Beer

60ml Jamaican rum ( Appleton estate)
Tall glass, lots of ice, garnished with 2 squeezed lime wedges.

A DREAM CATCHER

MASH grapefrut and zitrus zing

50 ml (tanqueray)
10 ml elderflower liqueur
2 kaffir lime leaves
10ml lemon juice
Bruise kaffir lime leaves, add all ingredients and shake, strain into highball and top with MASH grapefrut and zitrus zing.

WEAPON OF MASS CONFUSION (WMC)

Boylan black cherry

40ml gin (Plymouth)
7.5 ml Cointreau
7.5 ml dom Benedictine
15ml lime juice
30ml pineapple juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
Hard Shake all ingredients and strain into a sling glass with ice, top with Boylan black cherry.
